Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, including pet boarding and Doggie Daycare. We also provide transportation services to and from appointments, as well as specialized care plans for pets who require extra attention and care.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Vaccinations: Proof of vaccination, including a kennel cough in the form of your dogs up to date vaccination certificate, MUST accompany your visit to us.Your vet can provide vaccine information.If proof of vaccination is not shown on arrival we will not accept your pet for boarding
A new vaccination course must have been completed at least 14 days prior to arrival due to SHEDDING from the vaccination.
A course of Flea/Tick treatment is to have been given at least 7 days prior to stay also a worming tablet proof to be supplied (if this treatment is administered by the client the maker's name must be supplied and the date given.
A 50% deposit is required when making a booking (NON-REFUNDABLE) and payment is due 14 days prior to arrival, if the client cancels the booking within the 14 days prior to arrival full payment will be charged.(enforced through county court).
All dogs are charged for the day of arrival and the day of their departure regardless of the time of arrival or departure.Their accommodation is theirs for the whole day and is not booked out for any other dog.
No refunds will be made in case of early collection.
Clients are to supply all their own Pets food.
We require details of any pre-existing conditions and reserve the right to consult a veterinary surgeon should we feel it necessary.The signature gives us your consent to do so.
We reserve the right to refuse to board any animal that is clearly unwell or in very poor condition.
All veterinary bills are the responsibility of the Owner.
The day rate is from 9.00am till 5.00pm unless otherwise arranged.Late collection will result in an EXTA charge.

PLEASE NOTE: Once a booking is made the client has 24 hours to pay the required deposit in the case of overnight/
stays or payment if a Daycare client.Once the booking is cancelled it will only be re-instated if there is space available.
ONCE A BOOKING IS MADE IT IS TAKEN AS READ THAT YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIOND.
